Payment
We accept payment via internet banking. We will send you the details upon your order.
Courier Dispatch
All orders received before 10am it will be dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday).
All orders received after 10am will be dispatched on the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email together with the track and trace number.
Delivery
All domestic (New Zealand) courier fees are calculated and the total cost will be emailed to you.
Please contact us directly for International orders so we can quote the most cost effective freight solution.
Please provide a physical address as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery is targeted to take between 2 – 5 working days.
A signature is required upon delivery and all deliveries are made on business days between 9am – 5pm. As such you may find it easier to schedule the delivery to your place of work.
If you are not available to receive your package and sign for it the courier will leave a card to call to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
Please do contact us if you have any problems whatsoever with delivery.
Returns
If the item is defective in any way, then replacement goods will be provided, subject to the original order being returned at your expense. Returned items must be unused. Items returned in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded unless the item was faulty.
